R&B singer Beyonce Knowles payed a hospital visit to two concertgoers who were injured at her St. Louis show Sunday night after Pyrotechnics went wild reports Asociated Press.
The two concertgoers were taken to Barnes-Jewish Hospital emergency room with minor injuries, says Spokeswoman Kathy Holleman. Holleman would not release their names.
