R. Kelly Child-Pornography Trial Postponed Again
R. Kelly’s child-pornography trial, which was scheduled to begin on September 17, has been delayed again. Judge Vincent Gaughan announced the delay at a status hearing on Tuesday (September 4), after taking into consideration that the lead prosecutor, Shauna Boliker, who recently gave birth, would not be able to proceed per her doctor’s orders. No new date has been determined.
