‘Irreemplazable’ To Be Released August 28
On August 28th Music World/Columbia Records will release Irreemplazable, an eight track Spanish language EP featuring select songs from Beyoncé’s hit album, B’Day.
At the same time a Wal-Mart exclusive CD/DVD combo of the EP will also be released. Special content includes a behind the scenes documentary entitled La Evolucion Latina de Beyoncé (The Latin Evolution of Beyoncé) as well as the music video for Beyoncé’s “Get Me Bodied” (Timbaland Remix) featuring Voltio.
The Spanish language EP follows close on the heels of B’Day’s Grammy Award for Best Contemporary R&B Album raising Beyoncé’s Grammy total to 10. B’Day debuted at # 1 selling more than 530,000 copies and has already sold more than 4 million units worldwide to date.

R. Kelly Child-Pornography Case Finally Going To Trial.
The criminal case against R&B singer R. Kelly, which has been pending for five years, is finally headed to trial. At a hearing in Chicago on Wednesday (August 1), Judge Vincent Gaughan said Kelly’s trial will begin on September 17, informs MTV News.
“As Robert (Kelly) said many times, he believes in our system of justice,” a spokesperson for the singer told MTV News. “He is looking forward to finally having his day in court. He’s confident that when all the facts come out, it will be clear he’s not guilty of any crime.”

R&B star Akon has offered his producing and songwriting skills to struggling solo singer Paris Hilton.
The socialite who was recently released out of prison is planning her second album, despite poor sales of her debut eponymous disc and recently losing her record deal with Warner Bros.
“In my mind I was thinking now Paris Hilton is an official convict, I think I’m gonna get with her and put a record out.” said Akon in a statement.
