Kanye West to Launch New Album

Following The College Dropout (2004) and Late Registration (2005) the producer-turned-to-rapper-turned- to-hitmaker Kanye West is set to release his third album Graduation later this year.

The new material will cross the rap boundaries due to the cross-genre collaborations, such as the first single, Homecoming, featuring Coldplay’s vocalist Chris Martin, the same who recently collaborated with Jay-Z on a track from Kingdom Come, the Def Jam CEO’s comeback album.

Kanye will also be working with Jon Brion again after having such a good experience with him on the Late Registration.

“We’ll be working together again on the new project,” West promises. “Jon wasn’t just a producer—he was such a good friend and a great person to bounce ideas off of in the studio. It was the whole experience.”
