$9.5 Million Bel-air Home For Avril Lavigne
The Canadian famous pop singer and her husband Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 have purchased a US$9.5-million mansion in L.A.
The husband-and-wife of nine months have bought a Tuscan-style home in Bel-Air with three story, eight bedrooms, and 10-1/2 bathrooms.
The new mansion also has an elevator, sauna and garage space for 10 cars.
